Our Path to Homeownership Program helps residents transition from renting to buying when they are ready.
How it works:
- Residents can enroll in a voluntary savings program designed to build funds for a future home purchase.
- Each month you contribute $100 toward your future home purchase.
- When you buy a home, through one of our licensed real estate agents, we add a bonus contribution of up to $1,200.
- In as little as two years, you could have $3,600 toward your down payment or closing costs.

- Help finding the right home anywhere in the market
Unlike traditional “rent-to-own” programs, you are not limited to purchasing the home you rent.
